    Not sure why they are on “Open Table” since your not making a reservation it’s just priority seating. Which doesn’t mean anything because you are added to the list when you arrive and wait. Main meal portions are what appetizers are. Restaurant is dirty, ceiling tiles are filthy, carpet needs replaced, food on lights over table.

    Our experience at this Red Lobster was amazing. It was my daughters 17th birthday and our server Lex went above and beyond. She recommended items for thee entire party we had and we all loved each item she recommended. Thanks again Lex. We’ll definitely be back just because of her excellent customer service!

    My food was great but my husband’s Salmon was not cooked properly twice and his rice was cold along with the shrimp. Service was good in spite of my husband not being able to enjoy dinner with me

    Checked in, was told 4 tables ahead of us…after 33 minutes, went back to check status and was told we had several tables ahead of us, she stated everyone who came in after I checked in 33 minutes ago was on the list in front of us to be seated first. Too many people working the hostess stand…always got a different person with a different answer and/or excuse for our wait being over an hour. No apologies, very poor customer service.

    The create your own ultimate feast was not only a great value but absolutely fantastic. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal and the service was great. We always enjoy dining at Red Lobster.
