Birthday Celebration Gone wrong!
We stopped here after an exhausting flight to do a late birthday celebration. our reservation was at 830, This location closes at 10.
This is the worst dining experience I’ve had EVER. My two year old daughter got her booster seat 15 minutes after her food arrived. (Had to ask ASHLEY 3 times).
Red lobsters brand has definitely gone down over the years but I didn’t know to this extent.
Ashley only came with one water although we both ordered alcoholic beverages. Both of our beverages tasted like sweet and sour mix, with little to none alcohol in the drink.
She came out with old and burnt biscuits and when I requested biscuits that were not burnt she said well I will have to check… we are closing soon. This is around 8:45.. I thought they closed at 10. She took forever to take our order and sat near the kitchen on her phone.
I then ordered an ultimate feast, they didn’t have crab legs. Okay I understand no problem,
After she took our orders 15 minutes later she comes out with no biscuits and let’s me know since they are closing soon they put up the salads and I will have to choose something else as they do not feel like taking it back out.
At that point I ask her to cancel my order and bring me the check. This made the “manager” Joe ( He is incompetent and in my opinion does not deserve a job). I ask him for his card and he let me know he ran out, I then proceeded to ask him for corporates phone number… he then told me to GOOGLE IT.
This was absolutely horrific. They didn’t even acknowledge my birthday which was the sole reason I decided to dine out. In my opinion this was unacceptable. A customer should not suffer from a poor dining experience because employees want to go home early.
