   reservation at 7:15 left the building at 9:30 for basic food and no drinks!!!

   I understand Valentine's day is a busy day for establishments, but it should not take over 45 minutes to be seated with a reservation. It was another hour and a half just to get our meals that where missing items. Not to mention one of the $40 meals the lobster had no meat on it. Definitely not worth the 2 1/2 hour wait or the $170 spent.

   We had dinner reservations for 7 PM. We weren’t seated until 730. We ordered our food what time our food came out. It was 9:15 PM. This restaurant did not even have a reservation list which is crazy.

   We had a reservation but the restaurant was running about 20 minutes behind so we were late to be seated. We ordered promptly but our door took 90 minutes to come out. Our waiter didn't check on us for an hour after we ordered and that was only because I tracked him down to ask about our order. Manager never came around.

   So glad this place was open on Christmas day. They hosted a wonderful reunion for my family. Food is consistently very good, especially the steamed Maine lobster - nothing added, cooked perfectly.

   Requested an additional place-setting as we were short one. Never got it. Ordered a salad as a side -- never got it. Why doesn't the product come out of the kitchen looking like the photos on the menu?

   We were there for spring graduation. It was very busy. We had 5 people and were put in a booth out of the way. In one sense it was nice but our drinks were not refilled as needed because we were out of the way and our waitress was over worked. The food was good.

    They did not except our Open Table reservation said they do not do them, Had to wait 30 minutes or table.
