I had a reservation with Open Table and showed up and was told that they don't honor Open Table reservations and next time I should call. I will not be using Open Table for this restaurant going forward.

When I arrived at 2:45 pm I check in and the young man said we was early so we had to wait till 3:00 pm I said ok and sat down in the waiting area. A little after 3:00 pm I went to the hostess desk and ask why several people walked in off the street was taken back to their tables and we had an open table reservation for 3:00 pm and the young lady at th3 desk told me they were not taking any reservations on Mother’s Day. But in about 10 minutes we was taken to our table..

Booked my reservation for 6:30 and I didn’t get seated until 7:30 mind you I booked this 2 days prior !

We had very good service. Our food arrived at a reasonable pace. Our server promptly refilled drinks and brought more biscuits.

Got the wrong steak (was still tasty but not what I ordered) Manager adjusted the bill to reflect the cheaper steak. Everything was very good and our waitress was GREAT!

Overall it was an outstanding experience for the 2 of us as it was my wife's birthday. The only slight disappointment was with our server. She seemed to disappear for long stretches of time. Also, the table next to us paid in cash for their dinner, including giving our server her tip in cash. When they gave her her cash tip, she stood next to their table and counted her tip in front of them. My wife & I thought that was kind of low class. But we still couldn't have asked for a more outstanding dinning experience.

You asked if it was a special occasion I’ve applied it was my wife’s birthday why do you ask you do nothing about it we waited 45 minutes for a waiter and a waitress before someone even took out first drinks we’ve had better when we’ve gone there before
