    The Red Lobster was very pleasant. Although on Thanksgiving, the staff was gracious and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by this experience.

    Server seemed new or restaurant was just horribly staffed. Server did not bring out all the food. And messed up on one order. Almost took my food away because kitchen forgot portion of the meal. Asked to keep plate and glad I did because it was almost 30 mins later and the kitchen was still working on the flounder that was forgotten. Will not return.

    Was totally misled on the OpenTable submission. Was warned when I called to double-check the time, that we could have a wait of over 30+ minutes once we arrive...which begs WHY would I bother to choose a time via OpenTable. It turned out fine and we were seated immediately...just annoying. No table greeting/service for 15 minutes.... Grossly understaffed. Many open tables. Many with dirty dishes on them. Food was delicious. However, they ran out of some items (alfredo!) and failed to bring us an alternative, as proposed. Whatever. Cheddar Biscuits were out of this world - warm, fresh and delish! Staff up, RedLobster!

    We had a wonderful dinner at Red Lobster! Food was delicious and plentiful. The brussel sprouts were fabulous -- I almost licked the dish. I would come back just for those. We each (5 of us) had something different and each meal was scrumptious.
