    I had a reservations @6:30 and still had to wait over an hour to be seated. What’s the point of making a reservation if you are still going to wait that long.

    There was no reason to even use open door for this restaurant. It wasn’t even recognized my family waited an hour and a half after our reservation time to be seated the customer service was so horrible, and they totally left the hostess under the bus to the point that the young lady busted out in tears grabbed her purse and went home.

    Terrible service. Took 45 minutes for food to come out. Had to ask at least 4 times to get silverware and refills.

    Always great good at Red Lobster. The shrimp taco were very hood. A great addition to the menu. Had fast friendly service.Will return soon

    Restaurant was emptier than expected although it was 9:15 pm Food and service were great. The restaurant itself seems very dated; need to reinvent themselves but keep the menu!

    I had marked in two places that we dining there for a birthday. It wasn’t acknowledged but that’s ok they were having trouble in the kitchen getting food out. We were all done eating when the kids Mac n Cheese finally came out. They were nice and gave a discount as an apology which was very nice. The delay just dampered the evening a little.

    Our server was outstanding. The food was ok. The potato upgrade with with the hint (very little) lobster, was not worth it. Overall the food was ok, not outstanding for $135.00 for 4pl , no appetizers.

    Food was delicious. Walt’s shrimps we’re crispy and yummy. Salad was great. Cheddar Bia were not too fresh but that’s all they had. Great service as well. Will return soon
