I love this place. The food is always good, and the staff is always friendly. The steak and lobster for $28 you cant go wrong.

The service was good once we asked for it. We had to wait for their computers to work in order to pay for our bill. The food wasn't what we remember Red Lobster for. Overall, we might come back when I crave the Lobster Linguini. That was probably the only dish we truly enjoyed.

I know you can’t make reservations but I did select priority seating waitlist. I still had to wait over an hour. They did not have enough servers. The server we did have, Mark, was doing his best but we ended up spending 4 hours there. I wouldn’t go on a weekend with a party of 6 people again.

Service was slow and waiter was never around most of the time Had to wait for the food awhile They a little time waiting on us But the was good

Not sure why they have Red Lobster on Open Table when you can’t make a reservation in Lakewood. We waited 30 mins after the time we indicated on Open Table. Three of us ordered lobster tails. Two looked grilled and 1 was colorless. The butter for dipping crab was cold and separating. The crab legs didn’t taste fresh. It was very disappointing.

They were out of a lot of choices on the all you can eat shrimp, so it was very disappointing

I had a reservation for 5pm checked in 3 times They seated 5 other guests before me. When I went back to a different hostess she said that I never checked in. After we were seated we had 3 different servers. Very sad because that was my favorite red lobster.

food and service was awful. food for our table was not served on the same time, so some of us was already done when rest of the food came out.
