    We got there 10 min before our time, waited about 35 min to get seated because people that showed up behind us was getting taken back before us. I waited 20 min before I got my drink, took 30 min to get our biscuits, took an hr to get our food. The only thing good about everything was the waitress, she was sweet and listened to everything we asked for. We’ve been there multiple times and this was the worst experience. We will still eat there.

    Service was very slow - there was no point in using Open Table for this occasion, as I don’t think they even added us to a waitlist until the time of our “reservation”. We didn’t get seated until 40 mins after arriving. Took 40 mins once seated to get salads, 20 mins after that for appetizers, then another 20 for our entrees. I ordered some biscuits via take out right before we were seated, as we had a hungry toddler and we were hungry ourselves. We ended up getting the take out biscuits before our waitress even came over to our table. It wasn’t particularly busy by the time we were seated, so I’m not sure why the service was so slow. All told we were there for 3.5 hours! Even with this app too!

    We only had to wait maybe 5 minutes to be seated. Our server was great and everything was tasty.

    It was fine, it's a chain and we know how they are, service was okay but I wanted to be seated away from people, and that didn't happen... Not to bad though, in my area there isn't a lot so I'm sure I'll be back!
