    Food arrived cold and over-cooked. Bathrooms were filthy - my wife reported to the Manager and he laughed at her, informing her, he does not use the women's bathroom. She described it as the bathroom had toilet paper on the floor and was like a forgotten rest-stop bathroom that had not been cleaned in days. We had only visited Red Lobster because we received a gift card to here. The experience was not a gift.

    We like to eat at Red Lobster. The Caesar salad is so good. And...those cheddar biscuits...YUM!!!

    This is a typical chain restaurant. The food was as expected and service was good. No complaints on any of it. It's not the best seafood and not the worst. It was what I expected it to be.

    We did do advance priority seating and it worked great. Got seated right away and our server was attentive but also gave us time to decide what we wanted.

    My husband did not receive the entree he ordered, apparently something different was put in to the computer. Waitress realized only as handing him the wrong entree. I never received my salad. I requested the upgrade of tomato/cheese salad, I was charged for the upgrade and received no salad at all. Our waitress disappeared for extended periods of time. I stood up by the table for several minutes to try and find her in the restaurant, that was ignored by all the serving staff and so we gave up, paid on the electronic device on the table, cut our losses and left. The manager had come out to try and address the wrong entree, offered to send a desert home, that would require service to request one and receive it, which was clearly asking too much. Our two adult children received the food they ordered. 50%

    Went for lunch and had the summer power bowl with grilled Shrimp. For $9.99, it was excellent. My wife had the $15 coconut Shrimp special and loved it as usual.
