    My husband and I are from Pennsylvania, but were in Charleston visiting my mother. She had a hankering for a meal at Red Lobster. The three of us dined there this evening, and it was wonderful. To start with, the service was perfect. Dave, our server, was very attentive to our needs. We expressed disappointment when we learned that Red Lobster did not offer hushpuppies. Dave promised us that we would love their Cheddar Bay Biscuits. He was right; the biscuits were luscious melt-in-your-mouth! From there we enjoyed entrees of salmon, grilled scallops, and lobster - all cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef! A shared Chocolate Wave cake was a delicious ending to the meal.

    Upon arrival with priority seating was informed their in-line process was not working. Luckily the wait was not too long even though it was Father’s Day and most restaurants were booked. What is the purpose of priorit seating if it is not recognized.

    Front desk person rude and unprofessional Arrived at 515 Seated at 545 Unacceptable Why use open table Wait person nice bit could not understand her Food came out 1 person 30 minutes after seated Next person food out 15 minutes later Will never go back

    We weren't able to see our bill, but we're presented with a payment box. I believe we were overcharged for the 2lb Lobster, and have no idea bc we never seen a bill.

    Red Lobster use to be a great facility. This place has taken a toll and not up to par. The ambiance is not good. The food was subpar not hot and off from other Red Lobster in SC. The biscuit was served cold and overall I was disappointed.
