Regardless of OpenTable reservation, still waited 45 minutes to be seated with people walking in after us and being seated before us. We were advised of restaurant being short staffed. Serving staff was nice. Food took unreasonably long to be served “kitchen backed up”. Atmosphere was chaotic. 6pm on a Saturday night.

Our table had received refills on all of our drinks long before our meals arrived. Food didn't come out at the same time for a party of 5. Had to ask for straws, sides that didn't arrive, crab tools & wait staff tried to bring us condiments we didn't order. My first visit to this location. It wasn't their night.

You will not be disappointed. Our server was AL, he was very keen on the menu and knew my question before I asked it. The lobster 🦞 was awesome. The prices for what we ordered were very reasonable. We are going back tonight.

Heard about the shrimp special so thought we’d give it a try.It was very crowded but we had booked on Open Table for priority seating so we were seated immediately. We had Al as our server and he was by far the best waiter we may have ever had.Super friendly and very attentive without being obtrusive.The meal was fabulous and we left very happy indeed!!!

Server was terrible.Didn’t know how to carry a plate brought out veggie’s before the main meal.couldn’t speak very good English. Won’t be back there ever.

Service was excellent, food was great! If I had to say anything wasn't great it's that the chairs are too heavy lol.

Out waitress Whitney was great. Drinks excellent and crab, coconut shrimp and fish and chips all tender. I love Red Lobster.
