    Took forever to get food over an hour after being seated , hardly saw our server . Food came out after sitting under a warmer forever , just not a good experience .

    Reservation time was worthless. I still had to wait for everyone to be seated before we were seated. I thought that when I reserve a time and get put on your waitlist and get priority seating. When I asked the hostess, she said OpenTable does nothing.

    Arrived at the restaurant before our reservation or priority seating time & checked in. The "host" was rude and told me we don't do that. I told him I had a confirmation on my phone, he said don't bother, we don't work with them, but I can go ahead and get you seated. I'm not sure what his problem was. The server was very pleasant. Food was okay.

    Overall it was what you expect from Red Lobster. Food quality was ok nothing special. The waiter was new but super attentive. Did a great job! I never had to ask for a refills or waive him down. Probably one of the best services I have had at a restaurant.

    Headed out for a bird at lunch. Wanted oysters and crab legs. First thing, they had no tea. Machine was down. We drink tea with everything, even when ordering cocktails. Ordered a glass of wine and then found out they had no oysters. Okay. But then you can not order just crab legs on the lunch menu. You have to order a platter and everything else in there wasn’t something I wanted. Drank my wine and we paid our bill to go elsewhere. Waitress was nice enough to offer some biscuits while I finished my wine.
