   We made a reservation but they weren’t busy. Never got our food after waiting 55 min after ordering. Had to ask for our drinks. We needed to leaving. No wonder so many are closing.

   Great food, great service. The restaurant was well maintained. The manager checked on us several times, and thanked us for coming it.

   We booked our reservations on OpenTable. Why would you have OpenTable? If you don’t use it we waited for 45 minutes that was with open table. Very disappointing. Think twice about booking with OpenTable for red lobster in Pueblo Colorado. The girl was very condescending.

   Took forever to get our food and it came out warm not hot. Server said there was a “large party” but the place looked dead to us. Not what it used to be.

   The food was excellent. It was our first time to go to Red Lobster in Pueblo. We have been to other Red Lobster restaurants. The service was excellent, too. We enjoyed it. Thank you for making it special.

   We went on New Years Eve. Had a little wait even with the open table app. We were ok with it because of the holiday. We expect to wait.

   The service from both the waitstaff and kitchen were very slow. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to greet us and 30 minutes for their all you can eat shrimp special to arrive. Once we were asked if we wanted more, it took 20 minutes each time to get a refill. In fact our check arrived before our last re-order. I guess no desert? We gave up On waiting for a to go box and finally left. During lunch we overheard numerous arguments from the kitchen. This was not a great dining experience.
