It was a very bizarre experience at this Red Lobster. We didn't even stay so I can't comment on the food or value. It was completely empty, with the exception of a sole diner. The greeting was very bizarre. The parking lot was completely empty with the exception of cars that may have belonged to the employees. It was around 6 pm. It took a while to check in. It took a with the hostess. She kept checking in with the back office. Once we were led to a table, we were able to pass behind the bar and see how filthy the floor was and see what looked like broken or leaky equipment. The table we were led to had not been wiped down and still had sticky rings on the table from a previous diner. Who knows even knows when that diner was even there. The atmosphere and the condition of the place was so bad that we were worried about what the kitchen must've looked like. So we left. Meanwhile, next door was Texas Roadhouse, which was bursting at the seams with diners waiting for a table. I am sad to see Red Lobster, in general is no longer the great dining experience it once was. Not sure if this location was ever up to standard. It clearly appeared to be an unpopular Red Lobster and we could see why.

It was Christmas night and they were short staffed. We had a large group so they made it challenging for them. All our food was good except the clam chowder and crab legs were cold. But my daughter’s crab legs were good. Service was slow but they were short staffed.

Just okay. Service was unenthusiastic, food was way too salty for our tastes. Not impressed.

While Lobster Fest is usually good, the absolute best part of our recent visit was our top-notch waitress, Kindra. Not only was she professional and efficient, but she was so genuine and incredibly pleasant. She was attentive and helpful, making suggestions and just taking great care of us.

Food was good, people were very nice, Opentable did not show as me having a reservation here which i was not happy about, they said computer.

We ordered an 2 admirals feast and 2 crab stuffed flounder. The flounder was small, rubbery and tasteless. Would not recommend nor would I order this again. The flounder is so small and very thin. This is a seafood restaurant, I guess I expected better quality for the price.

Had their Grilled Salmon covered in a Cajun Shrimp Cream sauce to compare with Outback Steakhouse. The 2 restaurants are pretty close on taste, Courtney was great

Arrived it Red Lobster five minutes before our confirmation and we're told that they didn't honor anything on the web so we didn't stay when we were told there would be a 45 minute wait
