   We used open table to remake a reservation. When we arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait past our reservation time. While we were there 4 other groups arrived that put their name in at the hostesses station. They preceded to seat all four groups prior to is even though they arrived after. We finally addressed the issue and were told that we were at the end of the line, however, we arrived first and the guests prior did not use the open table reservation option. Very disappointed and will not go back.

   Our food and service were excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but our table had food on the seats and under the table.

   Just a typical night at Red Lobster. The rolls are always a welcome early highlight. Both the fish base based soups and salads are honest enough with fresh veges and tasteful salad dressings. The main courses we experienced were very good. Not great mind you, but very good. We were not going to a specialty seafood restaurant downtown. Red Lobster is about a much a standard of seafood dining is today. Kind of a Toyota Corolla of their ilk. Nothing special, but always counted on to deliver the goods. the dinners did that, with good customer Service. While you rarely remember that great RL meal as one of your best ever, you also will not count the other way either. Any way you cut it, ill be back.

   My wife and I had not been to this Red Lobster location for quite a while. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. Highly recommend!

   My family took me there for my birthday there were 6 of us, got there at 12:30 didn’t leave til 2:30. The service was very slow my husbands fish was ice cold and they didn’t even offer me anything for my birthday. They didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert. I had plenty of choices for my birthday lunch but for some reason I chose Red Lobster but what a BIG mistake!
