This is the first time I experienced this kind of restaurant service ever. I tried using the BPI 50% promo in the other bistro group restaurants but this is the first time I experienced that kind of treatment! Maybe because we’re ordering at a discounted rate?? First of all no servers were checking on us. We ordered then found out one item is unavailable after 30mins so we replaced it then after another 30mins the servers told us that the item is also not available. Like what the hell?! It took them 30mins to confirm if an item is available or not? Then most of our items took time before they got served, we had to follow up several times and take note, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The worst part is which I just noticed when I got home and I didn’t see before paying because we are in a rush for a next commitment, they charged me the item that wasn’t served!!! Seriously, my friends and I just wanted to leave right away because of their terrible service!!
