Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 10-12am Tuesday-Saturday.

    My dear friend and I come here often and this time we sat in front of a roaring fire. It was perfect! As always the food was delicious ( must have duck taquitos to start with Cucumber Crush tequila drink). We had fajitas, half beef half chicken, excellent. Service was very attentive and efficient. Can’t wait for the next time and I will request a seat in front of the fire.

    I made a reservation weeks before and when we arrived they seated us outside the main restaurant. Food came out cold, when they were cleaning the table for main course, dropped what was on the table on my lap. No attention, didn't malke us feel good. Food was just ok but 2/8 plate came out cold. The replacement came much later when others were almost done. This was not the Red O I remembered! Kia
