Dining at RED O is an experience like no other that offers a unique combination of Prime Steak and Seafood with Rick Bayless’ signature Mexican inspired influences. With sustainably sourced and local ingredients, RED O creates flavorful dishes true to the authentic flavors of Mexico. RED O’s team of friendly employees creates a welcoming atmosphere that parallels the luxury resort interior of the restaurant. RED O also features an impressive bar and lounge where you’ll find specialty cocktails, an extensive tequila list and an award winning wine list. The bar also offers Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. daily and Late Night Happy Hour from 10-12am Tuesday-Saturday.

    Everything was nice. Good food, pretty restaurant, decent service. Nothing was bad, but….just not amazing. At $30-$50 a plate I expect to be blown away. Again everything was just good.

    Alberto was our server! He was the best! He made dinner so fun, very enthusiastic, lots of energy, wonderful manners because of Alberto he’s the only server I’ll ever want to serve me my next time coming! He’s the best

    All of the entrées, including the chips and salsa were salted to the max  i’ve decided after them bringing me back two dishes that still tasted like salt that I would leave Reto alone for quite a while.

    Food was excellent!! Service spot on! Was my husband’s birthday and they made it a special day. Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back.

    Beautiful bar, restaurant, and patio. Fireplace in patio creates a warm, cozy setting for private conversation. Sunday brunch with choices of 3 Neverending Drinks is a great option. Attentive friendly service from hostess to waiter. Love this place!

    It was a nice experience but too loud and the table was way too small not comfortable at all. Food was good, drinks were great.
