Not what it once was. Changing locations really hurt RED. It was dead when we we were there on a Friday night. Better off going to Carbone around the corner

A bit disappointed, expected more of a dining experience after hearing other people talk about dining here.. I don’t know if it was just a bad night or what food was just okay . Service was fine but not worth a 20% service fee in my opinion. It was a birthday dinner so thought a complementary birthday dessert would have at least been offered or something on the table like other nice restaurants provide to make u feel like it’s your birthday. The area is nice tho & restaurant was clean . But no I would not return

We were 15 minutes late on arrival, the friendly hostess greeted us with a smile and showed us to a nice table by the glass wall. Our server introduced himself and took our drink orders. He brought us some warm rolls and a plate of delicious oil with crushed nuts for dipping. He recommended the lemony shrimp appetizer and the house salad to start. For the main course, we ordered the 22oz ribeye with bone on and sides of mashed potato and grilled asparagus. The shrimp was delicious. As soon as we finished the shrimp appetizer the main course arrived. I mentioned to the server that we hadn't had the salad yet. He said he would bring the salad so we could have everything all at once. I sent the steak back so we could finish the salad first. We finish our meal with coffee and a slice of chocolate cake.

Not worth the price, when the service is that bad. Same steak you can have anywhere else for less.

This was our second trip to Red. It is the only restaurant we have visited more than once in South Beach. The service is impeccable and the steaks are worth every penny.

It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to bring our meal. The order was completely wrong. Veggies were sautéed instead of steamed. Steaks had seasonings when asked for none. Cocktail sauce was almost frozen. Server probably forgot to put in the order. He rarely showed up at our table. Manager didn’t seem to care either.
