Outstanding food and environment. Fish was outstanding, meat excellent, drinks supurb, environment the best. I am sick of restaurants undercooking meat to "prove" they are sophisticated. "Medium Rare is what "Rare" was 10 years ago. I like it rare to medium rare; but high end restaurants keep pushing it more rare - IMO so they aren't "judged" on being unsophisticated. It's becoming absurd today - for ALL high end restaurants lean in this direction. We need to develop a legit standard.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Went on Valentine’s Day and everything was amazing. The food was incredible as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the staff is always on top of everything, and always such a great experience. We enjoyed our meal very much. The room was not very full because it had been snowing and was close to Valentine’s Day. We had meatloaf, lobster bisque, bang bang cauliflower.
