   We were more impressed with the very polite, courteous staff but were okay with the meal. The presentation was very good. A bit pricey but fits with the wonderful experience of being at the Fairmont.

    We had a lovely dinner at Reign. The food was excellent but the stars of the dinner were the staff. They excelled. I requested a table in a specific area and the hostess, whose friendly and warm welcome was greatly appreciated, went out of her way to show us options and book a great table. I had to re-contact the restaurant two more times on the same day… to add one more person and then to request a later time. The responses were consistently polite, friendly and helpful. Priscilla , our server, was outstanding! It was a lovely dinner. The only negative was the long wait for our main dishes.
