Repeal 33 is proud to be Savannah's finest craft cocktail bar and restaurant.

Chef Greg Garrison’s menu features modern takes on classic Southern dishes, sourcing the best products from local farms and purveyors. Dishes change seasonally.

Award-winning Beverage Director/Owner Jim McCourt’s menu features regional beers, a handpicked selection of wines, and numerous signature cocktails.

Repeal 33 is more than a dining establishment or bar; it is an extension of Savannah’s culture and history, providing a sensory experience in how that history molded it into the destination it is today.

For online reservations when there is no availability, please call the restaurant directly as there may be more options for you. Please be aware that if you order an alcoholic beverage you will be required to provide a valid I.D. regardless of age, as per Georgia state law.

    Repeal 33 is the ideal location for all your special events. We offer unique event packages to fit any size or style. Our large private room can seat up to 75 guests and offers a separate bar and private bathrooms. Our smaller semi-private space, known as our "snug" can accommodate 18 guests.

    Food was perfection as always. We had a great table in the very back so the noise was low and my out of town guests raved about it. Our waitress was super sweet/ personable and helpful. We had some good laughs with her. I feel terrible I can’t remember her name but she’s a keeper. We ate plenty of apps and each had an entree. Only sad part was missing the bone marrow but it was out of stock and I understand on a holiday week :)

    The food was fantastic, the cocktails were superb, and our server Rhett was amazing! Flatbread and salads to start along with a smooth old fashioned. Diner we had wings, muscles, and scallops, and we were licking the plates or sopping up sauces with bread once the food was finished. A Nutella torte and few drinks to finish off the evening. I would 10/10 come back here again.

    All three meals where delicious. We had the scallops over pumpkin rositto, filet, and new york strip dinners. The warm sourdough and brussel sprouts to start. The banana pudding for dessert was out of this world!

    Our server Emily was awesome. Helpful and efficient. Loved the place. Will be back next time we are in Savannah. Highly recommended.

    Epic Christmas Eve dinner. We decided to go with the chefs tasting menu and wine pairing and I’m so glad we put our trust in the chef and kitchen. The gnocchi was light and delicious. The octopus was a favorite at our table as well. Every wine was a perfect complement. By far, the best thing about the experience was the service. Our server Kalona was a delight. Really personable, kept us well informed about the food and wine. She even wrote down the name of the wines we enjoyed the most. This will likely be a new tradition for Christmas Eve.

    Amazing server. Great look and feel. Food was just ok generally and that’s why we were there. Drinks were also ok. Price point felt expensive for what we got. Gnocchi for example was like 5 small pieces of it and had ok overall taste but left us just wanting more for an appetizer. Bread was pretty basic and not even given enough butter for it. Burgers were not super tasty and felt the burger was the easiest thing on the menu to get us dazzled. I felt the food needed to be better to make this place a “I will go back and spend 150+ on a meal for 2 at a place that is basically a bar feel.” I almost felt like I could see how they were saving on the food portions to make it work. Not a great look. I wanted to really like it more. Maybe I’ll try it again.

    Went on Xmas Eve and had a great time. Service and food were awesome. Cocktails were also very good. This restaurant will definitely be on my monthly list to hit.

    Our server Phillip was knowledgeable and friendly. We were there for Christmas Eve dinner which may not be representative of the typical experience but the food could have been served warmer.

    Beautiful restaurant. The staff was so nice and friendly. We all had great meals From the prime rib, to the scallops to the New York strip steaks. And the brussels sprouts were delicious. Will be making a return trip !!
