Reservations Bar & Bistro will offer a relaxed lunch, dinner, and late night menu, all provided by our executive chef D’mitri Wright . There will be a host of specialty cocktails, wine and beer to choose from at our premium bar. If none of that sound inviting, we can't wait until you see our main dining area that shows pure Memphis elegance. Whether you have a special occasion or a business meeting, we offer a private dinning room just for you and your guest(s). Where should I start.. Cooking oil should’ve been changed . My fish , fries , ckn strips tasted like burnt oil . Took 30 min to get second round of drinks . I cancelled drinks & waitress comes back in said manager said yall need to be patience and she want take drinks off, after waiting another ten minutes, waitress states the big manager took it off !! Was my spot but not no more!!! Oh yeah update the menu cause half the food that listed waitress kept saying they don’t serve to other days but clearly ckn strips was on the appetizer menu !! In of course she had to leave the table to ask !! The slowest waitress ever

The food looked like it had the potential but it was rushed my chicken wasn’t done and my partners lamb chops were tough

The service was horrible. The waitress knew she would get automatic gratuity. We had to ask for refills. We ate with plastic silverware. The lamb chops were really good. I recommend you order to go or you will be very disappointed.

The food was amazing. The vibe was good as well. We enjoyed the hookah & the lemon drip were great too. All around 10/10

The host, I didn’t get his name made sure he accommodated my large party he was very polite , and made sure we were comfortable. The food was and drinks were great no complaints from my table at all !! We will definitely be back

Everything was poor nobody wanted to wait on the table My food was good but my other parties had bad experience with they food everything was all bad on my birthday then it's was raining so it wasn't that packed for our service to be so poor

We tried the lemon drop in peach, strawberry & blueberry. The drink was just syrup extremely sweet. I then ordered a mimosa flight thinking it would be better since our first drinks were sweet but the flight had no flavor at all. We had wings, buffalo egg rolls & pasta. The chicken pasta was delicious. The eggs rolls & wings ok. Not something i would order again. Music 10/10 the DJ was great ace worked hard to get ppl out there seats. It was a mixed age crowd. I plan to visit again in the day time and try them out again. This visit wasn’t all bad but could have been better

This was my first time at this establishment.. overall the place was nice. Food was pretty good. Music in the early part of Happy Hour was cool, R&B but the service from our waitress was HORRIBLE! We were seated at least 15 mins or more before we had to find a waitress to locate our waitress! She didn’t explain the Happy Hour menu and prices, which if the flyer says $5 Lamb Chop, and only 1 Lamb Chop was ordered, why did she come back with 4 explaining they were 4 for $20 but it wasn’t on the menu as a max had to be purchased! She then took FOREVER to come to the table to see if anything else was needed or if anyone else wanted to order anything! The rest of my party was there by 6:30pm and couldn’t order anything from Happy Hour because we couldn’t FIND her! The music was at a volume that you could actually have a conversation with the person next to you, then it seem like around 6:30-6:45 it went up and you couldn’t hear NOTHING! By this time I was ready to close out my tab and head on out! Then as we paid out our tab (one of my guest) she had SEVERAL DRINKS (that she didn’t order)on her tab along with Happy Hour drinks ($5) when she only ordered 2.. for a total of $85! When it was corrected, plus tax and a gratuity she didn’t DESERVE, her total was $61.21. My guest gave her $101.21 which she should have brought back $40.. she brought back $39 and tried to give her a hand full of change and said “we don’t take change”.. WHAT?? This young lady needs to be trained as a server PROPERLY!! I understand tips, but NOT when you’re not doing the job. Other waitresses were hitting their tables back to back with food and drinks without having to be found and we had to look for ours! Two of my guest ordered Hookah that burned out and when replaced it still wasn’t pulling much. Although I wanted to get out for my birthday to a different spot, I would give this experience 4/10.
