It is our goal to have our menu derive from fresh and local seasonal ingredients from Hudson Valley and New York area. By supporting sustainable practices, our guests have the pleasure of experiencing what farm to table dining is about and offering a new take on American Cuisine. We strive to create a memorable experience not only in our food but also with the rich history 19|15 offers. The over 100-year-old fireplace is in the main dining room. Phenomenal panoramic views of Bear Mountain and the Hudson River.

    Afternoon Tea Restaurant 19|15 located at the historic Bear Mountain Inn, invites you to our Afternoon Tea. Afternoon Tea service will occur Monday through Thursday from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Tea service will include 1 tea flavor, 1 3-tiered tray of assorted sandwiches, scones & desserts. Reservations are preferred and walk-ins are welcomed based on availability. Cancellations are allowed until two days before the event with a full refund. Otherwise, you'll receive a cancelation/no-show fee of $50. Thank you for your understanding.

                            Our meal was very good, but the service was slow. When we received our appetizers and had to ask for bread service as it was not provided in the beginning. Each course was well prepared, but we waited 20 minutes for our entrees after our appetizer plates were removed and close to 30 minutes for dessert after our entree was cleared. Our server was pleasant, but was doing the bartending as well as serving our table. This obviously impacted our wait times. The manager walked past our table several times during our meal while we sat with nothing except our drinks without acknowledging us or inquiring about our visit.

                            Some of the best food I've had in a long time!! We had the Valentine's Day menu and got the beef, recommended by Kelly, and it was superb. Kelly our waitress was really great, very friendly and professional. For such a large space that was busy, it was surprisingly quiet - we never had a problem hearing each other speak. Such a beautiful location, too. I loved everything about our experience. To top it off, the hostess gave out a red rose as we left. It's hard to find good service like this these days!

                            The food was fantastic, but the service was a little slow. We had to flag down a Waitress for drinks after waiting about 30-45 minutes.

                            There was no valentines ambience or decorations. Service was very slow and food was not worth what we paid. We will not be going back to any more events.

                            I attended the Valentines Day Dinner with my children, and I called to see 3 days prior to Friday to see if a sub-menu for 1 child that is 10 year old would be available, and I was told there will be a "kids menu" with 3 options. A person called me back to verify with the chef there would be a sub-menu. I get there check in and was then told no that would not be available- My second child is grown so we only needed accommodations for 1 child. The server was rude ( Besty) and was unhappy with the request. I also added a note to the reservation to let them know i will have a child attending. The manager came over and I explained my situation and he was accommodating to the request which was great, but the service was hindered- My food was cold and the server was not diligent with checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Being that this was my first time at the Restuarant and heard great things about it i was very excited to attend, and it was horrible and disappointing experience.

                            Although we had a reservation for the two of us, and the room wasn't busy for brunch, we had to wait for a table. Service was slow, we had a long wait for a drink order. The buffet brunch was cold (nice cold sausage and eggs at noon!), except the omelet. Price was $49/person, we could've had a nice filet mignon somewhere else. As an added insult, an extra $10 for parking is tacked on. Really? On a happier note, the room and ambience were very nice.

                            Food and service were very good. Serving sizes were generous and the pork chop I had was thick and perfectly cooked. My wife had the chicken and it too was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The only real issue we had was the seating. It is always a bit of a struggle to ask for a different table. Plus we wanted to sit near the fireplace but there were families lounging on chairs/couches in front of the fireplace which then resulted in us asking to sit elsewhere. The room was also a bit cold but we do understand it was a cold weather day and this is an old inn. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.
