It is our goal to have our menu derive from fresh and local seasonal ingredients from Hudson Valley and New York area. By supporting sustainable practices, our guests have the pleasure of experiencing what farm to table dining is about and offering a new take on American Cuisine. We strive to create a memorable experience not only in our food but also with the rich history 19|15 offers. The over 100-year-old fireplace is in the main dining room. Phenomenal panoramic views of Bear Mountain and the Hudson River.

Bear Mountain Inn invites you to our NEW Santa Brunch experience located in the Restaurant and Perkins Ballroom. Seatings: 10AM-12PM & 1PM-3PM Adults $48, Children 4-12 $21.95 and children three and under are free. Photos with Santa: Located in the first-floor ballroom opens after he does his introduction at the Brunch. A few changes this year: Santa will not hand out gifts to children any longer. Photos only. Please do not bring a gift. A Souvenir Ticket is presented to each child with a free Carousel Ride. No re-entry to Brunch once you leave for Santa. Cancellations: Full refund is required by email by Wednesday at 4pm prior to your reservation. Less notice or no show will result in a 50% fee for each person charged to your card on file.
Christmas Eve Dinner

Brought some of my children and grandchildren to the Santa Brunch at Bear Mountain. There were 11 of us in all and the food and drink had something for everyone, what a spread! And all of it delicious! No complaints from anyone. It was decorated beautifully, roaring fires, lovely. Everything was great ESPECIALLY SANTA, he strolled among the tables talking to everyone, spent time with all the kiddos. He was an awesome, amusing gentleman. Took pictures, no rushing. What a pleasant holiday experience for young and old!!!

This was greatly improved over last year. The food was really great. We liked that Santa came to each table. The line to see him afterwards was very long and I am wondering of maybe people could be called by table. We also liked that a merry-go-round ticket was included. There was confusion about the gift, which we needed last year (and didn't have) and didn't need this year (which we had). When we made the reservation on open table, it said we needed a gift. We pretended that Santa dropped them off at our table but I liked when Santa gave the families their gift last year. The buffet could use some crackers (for the cheese) and a few more kid friendly desserts. Overall It was an excellent experience and we would definitely go back. We also go for father's day and it is always a nice experience. Bear Mountain is beautiful.

Thumbs up! Best brunch with Santa in the area. Huge improvement from past ones here at bear mountain. Even Santa was cool!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! YOU MUST TRY THE IMPROVED RESTRUCTURED BRUNCH WITH SANTA!! Pros…..better room in tapas bar area…. Not over crowded… food selection much better …..service was very good. Cons/room for improvement ….beef should have been sliced thinner it was tough. Dipping sauce or something needed for salmon it was bland. This is just me giving constructive criticism . Not complaining!! Bear mountain staff you out did yourselves! ITHANK YOU SO MUCH!!! t was beautiful!!!

I have eaten at the overlook lodge 3 times and always loved it. This is the first time in the 1915 and I wouldn’t go back there again. The event was disorganized half the serving trays were empty when we went to get food and the two sections of people were going opposite directions no employees took charge to correct the mess. Some servers would just toss a serving spoon on the table for self serving and others would insist on serving the food. The best part of the meal was the carving station!,, the desert table looked like the food was from the Walmart freezer section. The waitress was no where to be found. I don’t know what happened to the restaurant but they lost me..

Thanksgiving dinner left a lot to be desired. We were sat in the back room where the food was served which was not nearly as cozy cute as the front room. There was a very long wait to be sat even though we arrived on time. Then by the time we got to the buffet, many items were scarce or empty (turkey, sirloin, and stuffing). The drink I was served I had to sent back for a glass of wine instead. Our server Emory was amazing though!
