It is our goal to have our menu derive from fresh and local seasonal ingredients from Hudson Valley and New York area. By supporting sustainable practices, our guests have the pleasure of experiencing what farm to table dining is about and offering a new take on American Cuisine. We strive to create a memorable experience not only in our food but also with the rich history 19|15 offers. The over 100-year-old fireplace is in the main dining room. Phenomenal panoramic views of Bear Mountain and the Hudson River.

    Afternoon Tea Restaurant 19|15 located at the historic Bear Mountain Inn, invites you to our Afternoon Tea. Afternoon Tea service will occur Monday through Thursday from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Tea service will include 1 tea flavor, 1 3-tiered tray of assorted sandwiches, scones & desserts. Reservations are preferred and walk-ins are welcomed based on availability.                                                             The ambiance was perfect for our “get together” with a dear friend. The waffles were the lightest and crispiest we had ever had…and topped with fresh strawberries and handmade whipped cream!!!

                                                            This is my second year for New Year's Brunch and was disappointed with the quality of the food versus previous years. Last year (2024) the food was much better and there were many more options versus this year (2025) it was a very poorly laid out buffet with very inexpensive options. I would have expected some higher end food choices both on the breakfast and lunch side not just waffles and omelets and pasta/chicken for $50 brunch. Will most likely not be returning in 2026. The worst was they added an auto tip of 18% on top of the tip we gave at 20% and this was not explained when the payment was tendered (nor clear on the receipt) so the waiter ended up with a 38% tip. Anyway, be careful and avoid our mistake.

                                                            Lovely venue. Good service and the brunch was a great value and delicious. Even the mimosas were with champagne instead of the usual Prosecco these days.

                                                            This is a beautiful location. However, the food was mediocre and the service was poor. The waitress was very nice but it was clear that there wasn't enough help or she had a problem remembering what we told her. I want this restaurant to survive and thrive! We will give it another chance in the future. At least the food was not overpriced.

                                                            The food presentation was poor and it was freezing in the restaurant despite the fireplace being in low. Barely any service. I was automatically charged an 18 percent tip which I didn’t see at bottom of bill and tipped the server cash. Now I need to call the restaurant to have my tip refunded since I paid twice. Not a good experience.
