Bleu Bistro is a stylish multi-level restaurant in the city of Amsterdam. This relatively new venue provides both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior offers two levels of comfortable seating, sleek lines, modern artwork, large windows, high ceilings and sophisticated lighting. Guests are invited to dine on the quaint patio, complete with comfortable seating and benches. In terms of menu, Bleu Bistro provides customers with a wide array of meal options. All dishes are made fresh and with only high-quality fruits and vegetables. We enjoyed a good Ribeur steak do get for two with fries. The steak was most and cooked perfectly. Their wine selection was also good though limited.

The restaurant was a very cute place, but the table we were sat at was very uncomfortable with all the pillows and the table was so high. It wasn’t perfect. The food was OK, expensive price. It didn’t check up all boxes, but who knows when travelling if you get it right

We wanted French. We got it. The wine list was exclusively French (& ‘covered all the bases) . As we had eaten a late lunch we went right to the entrees. My wife had steak & fries. I sampled. The meat was flavorful and tender and prepared correctly to order (medium-rare). The fries…. Well let’s just say the French/Belgians/Dutch could teach the average U.S. restaurant a thing or two about properly prepared french fries. I ordered the fish of the day which ended up being a whole, baked whitefish. It was moist, hot, and well herbed/flavorful. I took it down to the bones. No room for dessert. The service was friendly and efficient. No gaps. No waiting. We would return here.

Nothing special really. Food ok but don’t recommend fish stew - strange taste and only fish was salmon and mussels were gritty. Service was a bit hit and miss. Disappointed as emailed re daughters 18th Birthday and got no response.

Good food and drinks are to be found at this nice staple of beautiful downtown Amsterdam, in The Netherlands. Good central location, good steaks among other items are as well offered here .

Exceptional food and service. We were waited on by every server working together. Quaint and cozy atmosphere. My fav restaurant in Amsterdam.

We had not been to Amsterdam in 40 years, this was a great find!!! Small, cozy and kind of funky setting. We both had the same, Escargots in Garlic Butter, delicious, they came in the shell, I personally like them outside the shell, easier to eat served with a wonderful loaf of bread. For the entree, we had the Beef Tournedos, cooked perfectly and delicious. Ordered the Bearnaise Sauce on the side, found it too thick, but taste was good. Had a bottle of the house Languedoc Red Blend. Very nice. The service was excellent, considering there was a large party sitting next to us,
