    The wait staff were attentive but slow to warm up. Even in a fine dining context, I value wait staff who recognize when a client wants to be a little playful. It took work to have fun with this crew. The food itself was disappointing. Textures and flavors were all very safe. Nothing to create "a party in my mouth" and at this price point, I expect quite a party. The wine selection is excellent but the iPad wine list does nothing to inspire or guide. We had to go out of our way to ask for guidance from the sommelier; his advice, however, was good. We both enjoyed the wines he recommended with our mains. All told, I would not return, I regret to say.

    We had a wonderful meal and experience. We received friendly and personalized attention from all of the staff. The explanations of what was on the menu were clear and when the dishes arrived, the server pointed out what was on the plate.

    Une cuisine axée sur les produits , comme dit " mieux vaut pas trop à mettre pour que cela sois bon " , c'est exactement ce que j'ai vécu hier! Tout était parfait et l'accord vin aussi

    Une expérience superbe avec ma conjointe pour ses 30 ans. La qualité des plats est sur un autre niveau! Le détail de la présentation, l’histoire des producteurs locaux, la recherche culinaire, les saveurs succulentes… tout y était ! Sans parler de la carte des vins qui est l’une des plus belles au Québec.

    Très bon menu St-Valentin, assez innovateur. Service très gentil et professionnel mais un peu inégal car très occupé. Une erreur dans l’ordre du menu mais ils ont réagi vite. Dessert betteraves chocolat pas extraordinaire…le reste délicieux! Une belle sortie pour se gâter! (Les frais de service de 2% sur la facture, ???, jamais vu ça dans un autre restaurant, ?)…

    An elegant dinner in a beautiful dining room. The staff could not have been more attentive and the presentation of each course was like fine art. Little touches-such as two flavors of salted butter for the sour dough bread and an extensive menu of teas to finish the meal- elevated the experience to a memorable meal. The red wine poached pear, filled with chocolate ganache, was fantastic and the pear sorbet that accompanied it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

    Not enough wait staff meant long wais to get drinks and order food. Food was creative, bread was delicious, but vegetarian entrees taste was unremarkable and honestly, not that good … especially for the price.
