Restaurant M uses fresh, organic produce and other high-quality ingredients to craft its dishes. Head chef and owner Masanobu Miyake opened the restaurant in 2009. Restaurant M's menu is centered around the four seasons. Choose from selections like lobster and other seafood, as well as steak, vegetables and salads. Each dish at Restaurant M is artistically plated. There are also plenty of Belgian beer and wine selections to top off the meal. Choose from Belgian beer specialties like Vedette Extra White or Orval Brewery selections, or delight in a fine French vin rouge wine.
