Restaurant More is a culinary paradise that leads you through a host of exciting flavours with unique and fresh ingredients. Our Molteni kitchen is a state-of-the-art gourmet preparation attraction. It is separated by a glass display that allows guests to witness our chefs’ performance of food preparation, turning the kitchen activity into a theatrical stage.
The menu has a strong regional and Mediterranean identity based on a superior quality of seasonal ingredients, including a selection of international and traditional local dishes. Restaurant More offers you the opportunity to intrigue your senses with eclectic flavors and sensational aromas.

    The view was spectacular. It was beautiful watching the sun set. The restaurant setting was amazing. The food was delicious. We had the shrimp risotto, lamb shank and lamb chops. It was all fantastic. Our waiter was very nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

    Excellent in every aspect, from the moment we arrived to paying. Our waiter was friendly and gave good recommendation for dessert. Ate there twice during our holiday highly recommended.
