Restaurant Olivia is a pasta-focused restaurant located in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood. Olivia is the second project from chef Ty Leon, beverage guru Austin Carson, and hospitality maven Heather Morrison.

Each evening we open the doors to our restaurant as if it were our home, welcoming guests with warmth and graciousness. We believe you’ll feel our attention to hospitality the minute you step inside.

We draw inspiration from classic Italian dishes and the traditions that bring them to life, but we also feature flavors and recipes from around the world. Our food is made with care and intention. We source our ingredients from organic and local producers whenever possible. Our beverage program features expertly-crafted but playful cocktails, alongside an Italian-focused wine list.

We look forward to sharing with you our passion for outstanding food and service.

Ordered the take home lasagna for Christmas Day. It was smaller than anticipated. The noodles were too large for the pan, so the edges burnt. There wasn’t much sauce and you can see the pasta beneath the top layer. For a $60 lasagna really expected more. The baking instructions were off, if I had followed the full instructions, it would have been very burnt. I would never order the take home lasagna again.

We ordered two large lasagna's for Christmas Day. Picked them up on the 23rd. They were abysmal. Instead of a well constructed, enticing dish, they were sloppily thrown together, looked unappetizing and were generally a huge disappointment. We have made our own lasagna for years, understand how the layers should be put together, but this year we ordered from a restaurant we have enjoyed over the years. The filling between the misplaced sheets of dough were skimpy, relatively messy (sloppy at best) and this was embarrassing to serve to our guests. Disappointing. We will no longer eat at or support Olivia in any way. This was a huge fail. We should have picked up Stoffer's frozen lasagna. Everyone said they are nicer than this food.

Holiday to go order - the lasagne was perfect! Love this place for eating there, and a great assist for a large family holiday gathering.

I had booked this for our anniversary and noted that in the reservation. Unfortunately, there was no recognition by the staff.

It’s always a great experience dining here. Either for a regular dinner or a special occasion, we have never tried a dish that we didn’t like. The service is top notch. The waiters are very knowledgeable and friendly. There is some changed in the menu around the year which is really good that we get to try different foods every time we come here. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We all ordered the assortment of pasta, and started with the burrata app. Excellent wine list. The food and ambience are top-notch, but what's exceptional is the service. A special occasion was made unforgettable.

This was our 5th dinner at Olivia’s. The first visit was just fantastic. The food was so delicious, and the service was outstanding. Today, we were just disappointed. Nothing was really bad, it’s just that nothing was at the high level we expected.

Came to Olivia to celebrate the new house we bought with my husband and parents. We love Olivia, the price is not for the faint of heart but the experience is always so wonderful. Staff are polite and attentive (without being annoying), my mom wanted some drink concoction that they didn't have the ingredients to make but the bartender took the time to whip up something custom that she ended up loving. Food is always exceptional start to finish.
