Restaurant Plancius is located in the middle of the beautiful Amsterdam Plantage neighborhood right across the Amsterdam Zoo. Together with the Dutch Resistance museum we are located in the historically impressive ‘Plancius’ building.
You can have breakfast with us and we have a large lunch menu with delicious sandwiches, meal salads and warm dishes. The dinner menu presents a large variety of dishes from different cousins and is enhanced with lovely day specials from the chef. Furthermore you can enjoy our High Tea and High Wine.
Do you come with a group or want to organize a party? Please contact us for more information.
Are you looking for a cozy place to work or do you have a business meeting? Just bring your laptop and use our free wifi connection. You can also use a wide range of newspapers and magazines. And during the summer you can enjoy our sunny terrace.

                                                Great overall experience. Staff wonderful attentive and helpful. Food experience was great. Nice and relaxing environment.

                                                Teleurstellend.. Heel erg lang wachten, al zo'n 20 minuten voordat we wat te drinken konden bestellen en de kaart kregen. Eten was redelijk, maar zeker niet bijzonder. Voor de prijs eigenlijk niet genoeg. Groenten waren te lang gekookt en niet zo lekker. We hebben ergens anders dessert gegeten omdat we het wachten zat waren. Jammer, want een paar jaar geleden had ik hier een aantal keer gegeten en was het lekker en leuk.
