Italian cuisine with Sicilian roots. Chef Niko Scimone has fascinated great music stars in Nashville, USA and has surprised the Canal Food Network, now in Barcelona. The menu is available gluten-free and with many vegetarian options. We make our own pasta, bread and desserts, everything entirely handmade in the same restaurant.

                          We have been in Barcelona for a week and have had several dinners all around town and this has been hands down the absolute BEST food, service and experience we have had!!! Miguel was very attentive and attuned to every table and to all we needed.

                          Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here which was a shame because we were so excited to try it. When we made the reservation, we noted that we were celebrating a birthday and they did not acknowledge it in any way. The place is tiny and for some reason, they sat all of the Americans on the second floor, while the ground floor was very diverse with people of different ethnicities speaking different languages. It was like they were trying to hide us. Our waiter was the worst. Incredibly rude, straight up refused to bring me the wine I asked for even though it was priced for a cup he said I’d have to buy the whole bottle, and forgot our daughter’s food completely - we were so put off we didn’t even ask for it because we just wanted to leave. Too bad because the food actually was good, but it was the only place in all of Barcelona where we were met with such a hostile attitude and negative energy. They may dislike Americans but our money helps keep their doors open. Beware.

                          Food was fresh and delious. Gluten free papperdale pasta!! My family enjoyed the focaccia , lasagna, and cannaloni. Everyone was happy with the food.

                          Great find last minute.We had a large party and had an upstairs table with no noise. Small restaurant, very friendly staff, food was excellent. Fresh homemade pasta and focaccia. Very good wine. Highly recommend

                          An outstanding choice for a traditional Italian dining experience. Servers were attentive and provided great counsel on the menu, dish preparation and wine selection. Their menu features some great Italian entrees with a couple of exceptional specials. Our table of four enjoyed a number of great dishes. We shared a classic Bolognese dish as an appetizer that was very well done - al dente pasta and a deep and meaty sauce. The entrée winner was a spectacular lobster ravioli that had a red sauce (not cream) which complemented the delicate chunks of lobster in each ravioli. The chicken marsala was perfectly prepared with a whole breast and the beef tenderloin was also seared and seasoned with great flavor. We shared some desserts too, a classic tiramisu and a special dessert (rich chocolate) that was prepared by a friend of the chef - both were amazing. Barcelona is not a cocktail town, so it would be irresponsible to not mention that the bartender made some great drinks and checked with us to be sure they were made to our desired taste. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for something other than tapas.
