For dinner we serve a different culinary experiences every day, from candle lit nights under the stars with a specially created menu by Chef Arturo Slava enhacing fresh food from the sea to a Mexican Feast celebrating the true flavours of Mexico with hand-made tortillas and slow-cooked meats.
