   Excellent Mexican flavors and service. The 5 course tasting menu was great. Excellent ala carte choices as well. Recommend Icu for some unique and authentic food.

   Overall was impressed with 2/7 courses. Nothing bad with regard to food. Service was great even though there was large delay between courses due to them missing 2 cooks that evening. We highly appreciated the service and the genuine apology and pride in the hospitality and food they were serving.

   Restaurants ICU was incredible. Food was maxing. Did the 5 course menu. Only regret is that I didn’t do the 7 or 9 course experience. Each course is fully described when delivered to your table. Great atmosphere thoroughly enjoyed the experience

   We had a group of 8 adults and 4 college age students. The food was excellent. Most of us did the tasting menu which included a mahi course that was amazing. Some ordered the Birria tacos and thought they were wonderful. The reason we did not score it all 5s was that some of our people ordered ala Carte, there was one item not available and they did not inform us at the time of ordering. In addition, there was confusion on a dessert and an alternate was substituted without discussing it. Overall great food, it is an experience, so don’t expect a fast meal.

   The best meal we ate in PV. The food was interesting and delicious. We did the 7 course meal and sorry we didn’t do 9. The wine pairings were perfect. Spent the night before at our favorite Cafe de Artistes and this blew us away with the innovative and delicious cuisine. Highly recommend. Our server, Darwin, was a real pro and made the evening even more special. A great addition to the Puerto Vallarta dining scene.
