This was disappointing. Nearly every aspect of our meal was grossly (or marginally) wrong. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Saturday night. Not a good sign. This is the house restaurant for a Hyatt flag, but language was a big problem. Server and staff just didn’t understand us (or just plain blew it). We used translation apps, but that still didn’t help. We started with a berry and shrimp salad which was really great! We also had the tomato soup—not so good, but nice presentation. We both ordered Ribeyes—medium rare. We only received one steak. Regrettably, it came back well done. Horrible for a couple of old-school carnivores. To complain would have been fruitless given the language barrier. We also ordered a pasta entree to go with our dinner. We had penne in a ‘margarita’ [sic] sauce. We expected a very light fresh tomato, garlic and basil sauce. Instead, this was some weird blend of Alfredo sauce with cherry tomatoes. The pasta was way overcooked. Despite the lack of customers, service was slow and inattentive. We sat about 8P and the bill came about 9:30. Server just brought the bill and was clearly in a hurry. No option for coffee or dessert. We expected much, much better from Hyatt.
