The buffet will include a carving station, waffles and pastries, made to order omelets, a salad bar, oatmeal station, multiple hot items (chicken, salmon, etc.), kid friendly items, dessert station and more! I dined here for my lunch break with a few coworkers. Revel has a great lunch menu with an assortment of starters, handhelds, flatbreads, soups, salads, and a few lunch portioned entrees. I got the lobster roll and it was delicious. The buttery roll was overflowing with tender lobster, mayo, lemon, chives, and celery. I ordered fries for my side, but could have also ordered slaw or chips or a salad for a small up-charge.

Huge disappointment. Our group came here for lunch before a show at Heinz Hall since it was within walking distance. Extremely slow service with just three other tables while we were there. Grilled chicken salads were mediocre. Sat for 40 minutes before we were given our drinks and sat another 10 minutes after that to order our food. Once we received our food, there was no followup other than to see if we wanted our check. What a waste of money and two hours of our day.

The exceptional response by management turned a potentially bad experience into a great one. My wife and I shared a "Valentine's Dinner" at Revel last night. Our initial food order proved to be far less than desirable. Within a minute of sharing our disappointment with management, we each ordered a different entreé, which happened to be 8 oz. Filet Mignon, which were perfectly prepared and downright delicious! Thank you to management and a shout out to our server Hailey for going that extra mile !!! We are extremely appreciative!

Overall experience was very good. They were a little behind with reservations, but it was Valentines weekend. That enabled us to explore the area and try out the Space bar. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good.

The risotto was so overcooked it was like little pebbles. The rest of the meal was delicious.

We had such a great time! Our server, Jimmy, was so friendly and you could see the staff helping each other with running food and drinks. Food was delicious, all four of us liked everything we ordered and steaks were cooked perfectly. It felt warm and comfortable, LOVED the music station they had on. And Loved how you could see the BOH Staff working hard, 5 Stars :)
