    Service was slow and our entrees did not come out at the same time. My food came out about 10 minutes before my husbands food

    Service seems to be way understaffed. Food was forgotten. Drinks were very slow to arrive. Some odd parts of dishes like large raw broccolini stalks served with the hummus. You can make a reservation for outdoor before 7 but you can’t sit outside until after 7. Not great seating for larger groups that want to eat beyond appetizers.

    I made a reservation, showed up and the place was nearly empty. I was seated at a table - all fine so far - then ignored for more than 10 minutes and saw another table that came in after me receiving service. So I moved to the bar where only 3 people were sitting. And continued to be ignored. After 20 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant and not being acknowledged past the greeting at the door I simply got up and left. And still without any acknowledgment. Clearly my patronage wasn’t of value. So my advice - don’t go as a solo diner.

    We were seated and they didn’t not even. Ring us water for over 20 minutes. The boat came and took our order and then 20 minutes later the waiter finally came over and checked on us, we said we ordered with the hostess who came over and turns out she didn’t even put our order in. We had to wait another 40 minutes before food arrived and half our order was missing. No apology.

    Meatballs were spectacular! Service was great once someone acknowledged us. We were told they were having trouble finding us forks and that took a while. But the food looked and smelled great though we couldn’t eat it until someone‘scrounged up forks’ lol

    They were out of one of their main menu items then "found" some in the back = they found a box in the freezer. The shrimp was ok but the "sourdough was a crouton. The oysters were basic. The staff! Unprofessional, described a dish as "people like it more than they used to." Stellar! Don't know what I was expecting from a hotel bar/lounge.

    Food options were very limited and overpriced for what you receive. Service was not great, the waitress did not check back on us, unless we motioned to her. We were going to a concert afterwards and told her what time we needed to leave, but we had to physically track her down to pay our bill. Overall, this rooftop bar is overpriced for what you receive. Won’t be returning.

    The ambiance is beautiful, the staff is great, and the appetizer selection is great. We were a little disappointed that the bottle of wine that we ordered was not available. I would like to see a better selection of Artistanal tequila as everything that was offered is commercialized tequila.

    Nice environment. Food is good but not to die for. Cocktails are fun - crafty. Only one very average Chardonnay on the menu (I know it’s not a wine place but there should be at least 2 to choose from). Very limited menu - knowing that this is a hotspot for the crowd before and after shows - I would add a couple more small plates to share.
