We eat at Revolution almost every Friday; it is bustling with families and live music. The service is always prompt and extremely courteous, no matter how packed it is. The waitstaff is professional and very personable. The food is excellent, no matter what you choose from the varied menu. During this visit, two of our party had the SLOW BRAISED BEEF BAVETTE | sm 28 | lg 36 garlic mashed potato, aromatics, braise reduction (pot roast), which came with carrots, mashed and sliced squash/zucchini. The pot roast was delicious, melt in your mouth cooked to perfection, and the carrots were the real star, having soaked up the flavor of being roasted with the beef and were just scrumptious. My husband, who without fail gets the French onion soup (which our servers always remember, it's pretty funny and a testament to the high level of attention and care on the part of the servers. This time, however, he chose the BAKED FRENCH ONION MEATLOAF | 25 garlic mashed potato, gravy, and vegetable, which he said was DELICIOUS! My son had the TOMAHAWN THICK-CUT PORK CHOP* | 30 mashed, chef’s vegetable, Dean’s tomato chutney, great portion, also delicious and perfectly cooked. The chutney was interesting and very tasty with the pork chop. Add to this the great ambiance of live music - we were seated far from it and not in sight of the musician, but the music was good and added to the lively atmosphere. Our server Emma , was excellent: prompt, courteous, and attentive, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a continuous supply of drinks the moment we emptied our glass - just outstanding! Revolution: 10 out of 10 once again!
