At Reyhana restaurant in Jeddah, chefs explore the shared techniques and distinct flavors among Mediterranean, Moroccan and Saudi Arabian cuisines. On the menu, panzanella salad and bouillabaisse are offered alongside moutabel and lamb tajine. In the open buffet, an array of dishes is prepared by chefs at live cooking stations. During Ramadan, the restaurant offers iftar dinner and sohour, and Eid is celebrated with a decadent spread.
