Not impressed by the food at all, ordered the prosciutto board and it has two tiny blocks of cheese with grapes and prosciutto, that’s it. Caesar salad was okay, milted lettuce at the bottom. Overpriced and not worth to dine.

Our dinner was great including our server Andrew. All the guest seemed to love the beautiful atmosphere on the rooftop of RH.

Overall, great place did not like the initial seating but that had to do something with the host. Servers were great. Food was great. Highly recommended. There's a reason why this place is popular.

It was an hour before the server even decided to take our order for mains, that was after finally being able to flag her down. A celebratory lunch turned into three hours of being neglected by our server. The food was awful. No one even bothered asking if anything worked out.

Worst experience ever. Went here for a bday celebration with two friends and we tried to take a couple photos by the waterfall and even help promote RH Palo Alto location and was immediately told to sit down after 3 mins of standing there to take photos. Staff was rude and mean for no reason and to make everything worse we got charged for an insane amount that wasn’t even near our bill total. Called back and there was so sense of urgency to fix the situation either.

Trendy does not mean good. This is an overpriced burger and fry joint. One dish for one person arrived before our wine was poured . When I mentioned this to the server he replied “we bring the food out as the chef prepares it and we are busy tonight.” They then served 2 of the 3 salads that we ordered making one of our guests wait until the entrees were served to get his salad. His Caesar salad was composed of 50% croutons. My salad was too salty and the grapes in it were not fresh. The waiter never checked backed to ask us about the food until everyone had eaten theirs. The entrees were better but come with a few leaves of lettuce. You can order a side dish but 4 of the 6 choices are potato. We left feeling embarrassed that we had invited our friends to join us. The room was cold and drafty. We most definitely will not return.

The shrimp I ordered was charred black and borderline inedible. I would have complained except our server didn’t once come by to ask us how our food was. Very disappointed given it was our special Christmas Eve celebration.
