Head Chef, David O'Byrne, has been running the kitchen since opening day, back in December 2015. Within two years he had earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand & has retained it every year since. Owner/Manager Russell Wilde has been in the business for over 30 years, so he also has a fair idea of what he's doing.
