Hosted by Top Chef Canada winner Carl Heinrich and Executive Chef Aldous Cheung, this unique event offers an interactive dining experience like no other. Dive into hands-on cooking with our chefs, compete in a dessert plating challenge, and savor tastings of wine from Big Head, cocktails from Empress Gin, and beer from Common Good. DJ Matt Migz will keep the energy high as we count down to a midnight toast of Big Head bubbles. With all food and drink included, come hungry and ready to celebrate from 7:30 PM until late—this is the party you don’t want to miss!
7 Course Chef's Tasting Menu
多個日期可用Our 7-Course Chef's Tasting Menu is a celebration of Ontario’s finest local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully curated into seven courses that highlight the best our region has to offer. Priced at $125 per guest, this experience requires all guests at the table to participate, with the last seating at 9:15 PM. Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may be unable to accommodate the Chef’s Menu. We happy to adjust for dietary preferences and allergies with advance notice. Optional beverage pairings are available for $80-$90 per person.
