    Service was great, very attentive and efficient. The food was mediocre. Lamb chops were pretty good, shrimp & grits were bland, burger was below average and chicken parmigiana was a fail. Tables were cramped, even the wait staff had a hard time maneuvering between them. I expected something similar to the experiences I have had at the Clemson location, but it was not even close.

    A wonderful dining experience. I hadn’t had lamb chops yet in a while, I asked the chef suggest a side for me. The chops were terrific and the suggested crispy red potatoes complimented the chops. My wife had surf and turf and she loved it. The filet was cooked perfectly and the crab cake was packed with tasty crabmeat. The drinks and wine were generous in size. The crème brûlée was rich and so creamy. A very enjoyable dinner.

    Great food and drink! Good atmosphere! My only problem was the number of servers. We had a hard time carrying on a conversation as we were bombarded with questions about our table. Did we need more water, did we need anything, are you ready to order, is your salad OK, do you want another drink. One waitress/waiter with one helper would have been sufficient. There were too many people servicing tables that I was getting dizzy watching them go back and forth from table to table. slow the service down just a bit.

    I wanted to try for myself despite some reviews I had read. The salmon was very bland. My steak was under cooked and for the price was disappointed. I chose not to tell waiter.

    I visit the area for business 5-6 times per year. I have been going to several different RE locations, but this was first time to Greer. This meal last eve (12-2) was horrible. Steaks looked and tasted like they came straight out of the sus vide, and had been there all day. Steak had no texture and no flavor. Au gratin potatoes were undercooked. Asparagus hawa overcooked and wilted. Very disappointed. You can do much better!

    We had a great experience at Rick Irwin’s in Greer. The shrimp and grits is to die for and we’ve had it multiple times. It is the best we’ve had anywhere.

    We have been to all the Rick Erwin’s in the area and we liked this one the best. Beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere and the food was outstanding!
