    We have a special three-course menu to mark the occasion, priced at £38 and served at all three of our restaurants. Start with Smoked Haddock & Spinach Rarebit, before tucking into our take on Balmoral Chicken, Neeps & Tatties - tender, braised meat, stuffed with haggis and Scotch-soaked prunes. To finish, a slice of our hearty sticky toffee & Drambuie pudding - perfect for a cold winter evening. The bar will be mixing up Scotch cocktails all night - try our Bobby Burns, Penicillin and Scots Old Fashioned. Our full drinks list and cocktail menu will also be available for those who fancy something different.

    We dined at the bar counter, which was nice and casual. I had chopped salad and lemon chicken, just enough for a light supper. Off menu I ordered a spicy marguerita which was delicious. Good, friendly service, nice ambience. I'm a big fan of Riding House and find all three venues have consistantly delivered.

    Pleasant after show birthday meal. On arrival staff asked if special occasion and I had also put in booking notes of possible to put candle in desert. This was arranged and nice surprise in a additional slice of cake on top of the desert we had ordered. Took this slice home along with pizza that my son was too full to manage. Food all very nice. Rum ba ba bit dry one half....pizzas were v good. Took a while after main for server to collect desert order which made us slightly rush for our train.

    I was really impressed with everything today. We went for lunch with 4 adults and 1 toddler and they were very accommodating with my daughter. The service was friendly, the food came quickly and everything we ordered was delicious. Very nice staff.

    This has been a great find, as we often stay in the area. The food is excellent with fair sized portions. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

    Brunch menu unavailable. Then a couple of other dishes we wanted weren’t available. Service not outstanding - muddled drinks order etc. Shame as had a really good experience at another branch of theirs.

    Good service, nice space, decent food, but £3.80 for a 'side of roast tomatoes' where you're given one tomato cut in half, and a side of 'sausages' for £5.20 where you're given two sausages the size of a finger is truly disgusting.

    We dined on Christmas Day. There was a preset menu. The service was outstanding. The food was varied and delicious. The portions were generous.

    It was very nice but very rushed. Christmas dinner is not a sprint it is a marathon. By ignoring that concept they ruined what would have been a beautiful festive feast.
