    This was a TERRIBLE experience. The restaurant refused to honor our reservations along with many others who were outside waiting. One couple had waited over two hours for a table. They kept telling me 5 minutes and after 45 minutes we left. Luckily we found another restaurant to seat us on short notice on NYE. They kept blaming the app but I believe that was a lie. They clearly opened their reservation’s up in case they had no shows. It was unacceptable and makes me think that your app is not a good place to make a reservation if a restaurant won’t honor it.
