    Wow!!! It’s so nice to find a restaurant in pittsburgh that’s not a chain, and that actually has good food AND good service! What a gem! The ambiance is also spectacular, and not overdone with tacky and cringey decorations, everything was very tastefully decorated. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly and it was so juicy and tender. Our waitress was great, very nice and accommodating, I wish i remembered her name. My guest also thoroughly enjoyed the sword fish special, and we had a night to remember. Thank you ritual house!

    We had a great time at the Ritual House. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. Loved the couches. The food was excellent. A little pricey but that’s what you get in a city. Our server Delaney was also great. What an outstanding personality and customer service.

    The Team at Ritual House went out of their way to make our celebration special! The new mocktail menu was awesome and our favorite dishes were all perfect. Thank you for a beautiful night!

    We went here for our anniversary and it was GREAT! Service was outstanding. The manager stopped by to say hello and the valet even said hello and goodbye and we didn't even valet. Food was fantastic! Crab bisque and man on the plane was really tasty. I would go back. I really liked sitting upstairs, felt like I was in NY or Philly! Great job!

    We were seating in the back of the restaurant, next to a server bussing station and all I heard was dishes being washed, dropped off and no one cared. It was actually pretty appalling. I didn’t want to make a scene because we were celebrating a birthday but that was unbelievable.

    We celebrated a friends birthday and it was such a surprise to receive the celebration dessert! Also, our waitress, Helena, was incredible! She was very timely and offered great suggestions!

    Loved Ritual House. Very fancy and special place to celebrate birthdays! They even brought over a sparkler and over the top cotton candy at the end of the meal along with a cupcake!! The icing on the cake!!!

    Our waitress was amazing. We had 3 kids with us and she was very patient with them and brought out a complimentary cupcake. Making reservations for next weekend because it was so nice.
