A wonderful seasonal cocktail-experience awaits!
The cold winds of winter have frozen Riverside, the lush greenery has been enrobed in ice and
snow. Amongst the frozen landscape of the sud-ouest and the Lachine Canal, a winter wonderland has emerged. Riverside St-Henri has partnered with Grey Goose Vodka and Cointreau to provide a one-of-a-kind, winter cocktail experience. HIVERside is an ice-bar entirely built and designed by renowned ice-sculptor Julien Doré of Hôtel de Glace fame, and promises to provide an experience like no other. Join us to be equally amazed by both the beauty and intricacy of what awaits you at HIVERside.

It was for the special winter even Hiverside, it was such fun, really cute, 3 cocktails. Worth it.

For 60$ each, we would have like to know that it was a very limited selection of drinks and that one of the three is not your choice. The distance between the groups of people was absolutely not respecting any social distancing. We were 2 groups of 2 at a table for 4

Thank for all the effort put into the Hiverside. It was really pretty and intimate. We chatted with people at our table, warmed on raccoon fur blankets and create cocktails.

Hiverside- drinks at the ice bar! So cool inside (pardon the pun!), the service was great and the drinks were delicious!

The cocktails were nice and the ice sculptures as well. However, they were very disorganized. We waiting 45 mins for our first drink and because we only had the table for 1.5 hours, we had to chug the drinks so fast. The waitress said she didn’t notice us. Then, they just kicked us out without offering us a seat inside, even though it was their fault we waited so long. Also, they asked for our order ahead of time, but still took our orders because they “lost their papers”. I paid online and they made me pay in person as well. They explained that they don’t actually charge us online, it’s just for the reservation, but it wasn’t clear and definitely caused some tension. They waitress said I only have 2 minutes to check my credit card statement before she charges me. I was like “wow ok”. Overall, bad service!

Hi Polinav I'm sorry for the confusion and poor execution you experienced at Hiverside. The night you visited was our first night open and also our first attempt at offering that kind of service/experience, it goes without saying that there were definitely kinks that needed to be worked out. Unfortunately due to the character limit I can't fully express how sorry I am for your experience.

Ambiance was amazing. Bring your warm coat, gloves and hat because it’s pretty frosty.
