The new Chef had worked previously at Tateru Yoshino, Alain Ducasse and Michel Bras TOYA, now with his former
Pastry chef from Tateru Yoshinoin are working together after 7 years to create new Bistaurant RNSQ.
We offer today's short course (4800yen), Prefixed course (6800yen-4 kinds of amuse, 2 dishes of appetizer, fish dish, meat dish, avant dessert, dessert, cafe and refreshment) and Omakase course (8500yen - dishes carefully prepared with special ingredients such as foie gras, abalone from Hokkaido and Akaushi beef from Tosa area etc.)
Bistaurant RNSQ also has a decadent variety of pastries and sweets for dessert.
