                                                It was my first time to dine at Robert, everything was perfect from the time I stepped out of the elevator. I was seated immediately had a great table in the window with a beautiful view. Sean is a spot on server. My guest was running a little late, but he got me set up with a cocktail. When she came, we ordered a variety of appetizers and let Sean organize the best way to bring them out. I will most definitely be back excellent food and service.

                                                Robert is a great restaurant, excellent food, professional staff, beautiful design and great views. I have been here several times and it is one of my favorite restaurants.

                                                Decided to book a table for our last night in New York after passing it on the street. I booked the table then instantly debated my decision as some very recent reviews weren’t great, but I’m glad we stuck with the reservation because this place did not disappoint. The meals were tremendous, the service was good and although quite pricey, it was a top notch meal. As a UK’er, We struggle with portion sizes here and next time well definitely opt for 1 between two. Hubby and I both had salmon with 1 side each, the single salmon portion is akin to 2 to 3 portions UK size. A side order is definitely enough to share and then some. Was a shame to waste so much food but with flying home tomorrow, we couldn’t accept the doggy bag offered (another great part of the service). It was a lovely meal and will be first on our list when we return.
